BECKY CARSON
CEO and Founder
A positive, motivated and energetic leader with over 20 years experience in global telecom, Becky is no stranger to understanding and overcoming the challenges and fast paced disruption that organizations are facing today.
With experience in services delivery, development, supply chain and consulting, Becky's strength in leading and managing people through change is exceptional. She attributes this to two things, curiosity and grit. Her passion and success is based on solid human behavior science and and unwavering determination. She has worked in 6 of 7 continents and would happily venture to Antarctica should the need arise! Working in a variety of countries with globally diverse teams has opened Becky up to the richness of different cultures, providing her a wealth of insight on how to create inclusive organizational cultures and teams that are prepared for the future and are capable to deliver outstanding results.
Becky is proud to serve on several non-profit boards. Through her work in and out of the marketplace she strives to leave this world better than she found it!

SCOTT SHIMAMOTO
As Principal at ZS Associates, Scott works with many organizations to help them shape, enlighten, and motivate their sales and marketing operations. Scott's focus is in the area of Commercial Operations excellence, where he helps clients achieve significant efficiencies and improvement through streamlining and enhancing their operational processes. A faculty member for the Executive Education program at the Kellogg School of Management, he has presented at numerous industry conferences. Scott serves on the Chicago Board of Directors for Positive Coaching Alliance, a national non-profit with a mission of transforming youth sports to provide a positive character-building experience for all young athletes.

HELANIE SCOTT
Originally from South Africa, Helanie is CEO of Align4Profit in Dallas, TX. Her tenacious spirit and passion for excellence make her unsurpassed as a change agent, transformation specialist, high performing team developer, and successful entrepreneur. Helanie has developed a number of proprietary leadership development process, tools and foundational approaches, including The Magnetic Power of Leadership Intimacy, Six Attraction Powers, and CoachQuest Leader-as-Coach program. Originally from South Africa, Helanie is adept at understanding and working in both multi-cultural and domestic organizations.
Helanie was recently recognized in the Top 5 of HR.com 2018 Top Leadership Partner - Top 25!
RAVI BALAKISNAN
Ravi is a senior leader with 20 years of global accomplishments successfully translating strategy into execution. He has held progressive roles in change management, new product introduction, product management, product development and global deployments for companies such as Ericsson, Nortel and Siemens Nixdorf. As a skilled change leader, Ravi has established and managed numerous global cross functional teams, developed processes, prepared markets across the globe for services delivery and lives by his leadership mantra, "We need to be serious about our work, but not about ourselves."
Originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Ravi brings extensive experience working in a variety of global cultures.

DAVID SCHOENFELD
David is an experienced executive with deep expertise working with large enterprises assisting them in areas of corporate strategy, marketing operations, channel and customer strategy, top line growth, operational efficiency, and renewed customer orientation and loyalty.
Currently, he leads multiple operational and strategic efforts within Vanguard’s marketing department. Before joining Vanguard, he worked at IBM Global Consulting Services (formerly PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and has more than 20 years of business consulting and economic advisory experience. He has worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies helping them with business transformation and corporate growth.
CAROLINE KLOSTER
Caroline is a results-driven program manager at Newell Brands determined to bring innovation into the world. She is strongly motivated by a direct connection to consumers through the implementation of tangible results. She has experience working in supply chain, procurement, and process improvement across multiple industries from oil and gas to consumer goods. In addition to her corporate background, Caroline is a proud industrial engineering graduate from Georgia Tech and certified project management professional (PMP). With her broad range of experience, she understands the necessity to ready adapt and embrace change within an organization.
